As I wrap up Season 6 of the podcast, I want to thank everyone who has been part of the conversation this year - my guests, listeners, contributors, and the leaders who reached out to share how these ideas are landing in their workplaces.

Throughout the year the conversations have come back to two consistent themes:

  • being strong and kind (without trading one off for the other), and
  • building awareness - of how we lead, where we’re making unsustainable trade-offs, and how those choices shape our effectiveness, health, relationships and long-term impact.

In this episode, I am joined by Dr Michelle McQuaid to unpack Melbourne University’s 2025 Workplace Wellbeing Report and examine how constant change is impacting organisations and individuals alike.

We talk about the growing risks of burnout and, what Michelle refers to as, “quiet cracking” - where people appear to be coping on the outside while silently struggling within, often driven by poor change management.

In this episode, I chat with Brad Giles, founder of Evolution Partners, about why bigger isn’t always better in business.

Brad, who works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to build enduring organisations, unpacks how the constant push for growth can mask deeper issues such as fractured teams, high turnover and disappearing customers.

In this Dynamic Leader Conversation, I’m joined by the incredibleFran Southwood, CEO of AusContact Association, to talk about what it really means to disrupt how you’re showing up as a leader—not for the sake of change, but because the world (and your people) are demanding something better.

In this episode, I invited back one of our previous guests, Anna Glynn, a leading expert in sustainable high performance, to explore how leaders and teams can build thriving cultures where people excel and exceptional results follow.

Anna shares how to equip leaders with the mindset, toolset and skillset to sustain high performance and navigate long-term challenges, while also acknowledging the evolving demands on leaders with rapid and constant change.

In a world where AI can polish our emails, scripts and written communication to perfection, something critical is quietly being lost: our ability to truly connect through our voice.

In this episode, I chat with Anthony Moss, who has over 30 years’ experience in strategy and governance in CEO and Director roles across the UK, Europe, the USA and Australia.

In this episode, I am joined by the wonderful Melissa Gonzalez, visionary entrepreneur, author, design strategist and founder of the Lioness Group.

We talk about the power of intuition as a leadership tool - understanding the signals shaped by our personal experiences, recognising when vulnerability guides better decision-making and resisting the noise of logic that can drown out what we innately know.

In partnership with one of my favourite organisations, Auscontact, we explore what happens when connection breaks down - not because people don’t care, but because we assume rather than explore each other’s expectations.
