We explore the relationship between mindset and action, expand awareness, practise powerful questioning, and understand what is required to build genuine psychological safety.
By the end of the program, you will experience a shift - from reaction to intention, from telling to coaching, and from managing tasks to influencing people with clarity, confidence and connection.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Across four sessions, you will strengthen your self-awareness, emotional intelligence and coaching capability to build trust, connection and high-performing teams.
Session 1: Awareness, Attention & Emotional Intelligence Foundations
Build awareness through emotional and attention check-ins, and the distinction between doing and being. Learn to listen to connect, shift from reasons to results, use the six modes of leading, and lead from love rather than fear.
Session 2: Coaching With Curiosity & Perspective
Move from telling to asking, practising the seven essential coaching questions and an ask-over-tell approach. Explore NLP principles, learn to shift between big-picture and detail, and apply the GROW model to structure purposeful coaching conversations.
Session 3: Emotional Intelligence Deep Dive + Coaching Application
Explore how emotions shape behaviour using the Emotional Capital framework and review your EQ profile for insights and development opportunities. Apply your lessons through practical coaching scenarios, identifying patterns, strengths and growth areas in others.
Session 4: Psychological Safety, Meaning-Making & Sustainable Leadership
Learn how to build psychologically safe environments and understand how meaning-making influences behaviour. Practise reflective frameworks, apply the GROW model to real situations, and close with an emotional check-in to anchor self-awareness and sustainable connection.
