Session 2: Listening Above the Line + Coaching With Curiosity
Build the capability to shift from reacting to responding, from telling to coaching. Learn listening levels, perspective-taking, and questions that expand thinking instead of shutting it down.
Session 3: Feedback & Accountability in Action
Learn how to hold conversations that address performance, behaviour, and expectations - without triggering defensiveness or damaging rapport. Embed the distinction between feedback and accountability, and practise frameworks that create shared responsibility.
Session 4: Integration & Sustainable Leadership
Integrate everything learned, strengthen your ability to influence up and across the organisation, and clarify the leader you are becoming.
