On May 7th, 2015, six months pregnant with my third child, I walked out of my corporate job for the last time and stepped into the unknown world of self-employment.
There were tears, doubts, and struggles. But I kept going. Because I knew—deep in my very tired, hormonal bones—that I wanted to create something different. I was tired of leadership being done badly (including by me). So I became obsessed with understanding how we live and lead in a way that genuinely makes things better.
Ten years later, I’ve logged over 17,000 hours coaching, facilitating, researching, and delivering leadership programs. And I’ve loved almost every single one of them. If you’re a driven, high-performing leader feeling the weight of unclear expectations, constant change, people challenges, and the nagging voice of self-doubt—I see you and I’m here to help.
One-on-one coaching or team programs—virtual or in person—can transform how you work and lead. Here’s to the next 10 years of dynamic leadership.
